You are asked to indicate the highest price per share you are willing to pay.
Any existing Sell Offers with a sale price equal or lower to your purchase price will be automatically matched with your Buy Offer and accepted.
You will receive an email from [email protected] if and when your Offer is accepted.
If you indicated a purchase price that is lower or equal to an existing Sell Offer listed in the Current Sell Offer table, your order will be automatically accepted.
If you indicate a purchase price that is lower than all current Sell Offers, your Buy Offer will be sent to all shareholders of the property. Your identity will be kept anonymous.
If and when a Seller accepts your Offer, you will receive an email from us to confirm the trade.
To protect both the seller and buyer, Isakson will collect the purchase price from the Buyer and transfer it to the Seller. Isakson will also transfer ownership of the purchased shares from the Seller to the Buyer.
Both parties will be provided with a receipt for the transaction. The Buyer will also receive digital share certificates confirming ownership of the shares.
